It doesn’t take long to get used to the navigation system, so you won’t be frustrated when you’re starting out.

You also have the option of using the registered Parallels Plesk Panel and you can customize this yourself. This way, if you test out the cPanel and decide it isn’t for you, you have another option. While I prefer the cPanel over this one, it was nice to have that second option available.

It breaks down the categories in a simplified way that makes it easier to find the answers you’re looking for without having to shuffle through a bunch of tutorial and articles that touch on what you want, but still don’t give you the answers you are ins search of.

You have 24/7/365 customer service that you can reach via live chat and ticket support system. They were pretty quick to get back to me and got to the root of my problem the first time so I didn’t have to keep calling back and talking to a different support rep about my problems. This made the experience less frustrating.

Conclusion

Jumpline is a great hosting company that will get your small business or personal blog where you want to take it, but it doesn’t have those unlimited features that a host like Hostgator offers it’s customers.
